樓璉（？—1402年），浙江承宣布政使司金華府義烏縣（今浙江義烏）人。明朝政治人物。
樓璉曾經從學於宋濂。洪武年間，其任監察御史。建文年間，與方孝孺一同擔任侍讀。朱棣誅殺方孝孺後，要求樓璉草擬登位詔書，樓璉接受命令而不敢辭去。回家後，對妻子、孩子說：「我雖然甘願受死，但唯恐牽連你們啊。」當夜，樓璉就自盡身亡[1]。
