梁家（1921年—2014年12月1日），廣東省廣州市人，中華人民共和國政治人物。
早年參加廣東青年抗日先鋒隊，後參加東江縱隊、粵桂滇邊縱隊。1948年，任滇桂黔邊區縱隊第一團政委、七團政委。1979年，任中共雲南省委研究室主任。1983年，升任中共雲南省委統戰部部長、政協副主席。1985年，升任雲南省政協主席[1]。2014年去世[2]。
