楊興平（1965年12月—），四川成都人，男，漢族，中華人民共和國政治人物。1984年7月參加工作，1994年3月加入致公黨。四川教育學院歷史專業畢業[1]。
2008年1月，任致公黨四川省委副主委、成都市委主委、成都市政協副主席、成都職業技術學院院長。2008年1月，任致公黨四川省委副主委、成都市委主委、成都市政協副主席。2012年6月，任致公黨四川省委主委、成都市委主委、成都市政協副主席。2013年1月，任十一屆四川省政協副主席、致公黨中央常委、四川省委主委、成都市政協副主席。2016年1月，卸任四川省政協副主席[2]，當選四川省人民政府副省長[3]。
2008年，當選第十一屆全國人民代表大會四川地區代表[4]。2018年2月24日，當選為第十三屆全國人大代表[5]。
