杜倉（?—?），中國戰國時期秦國的相國。《史記》沒有提到他，《韓非子·存韓篇》記載他的事跡。說他在作為秦國相國時，起兵報五國聯軍攻秦之仇，而打楚國。按時間推斷，應是呂不韋之後的相國[1]。
