李皇后（4世紀—409年），北燕開國君主惠懿帝高雲[1]的皇后。
正始元年（407年）七月，高雲奪取了其養父慕容寶的弟弟後燕昭文帝慕容熙的皇位，自稱大燕天王，正始二年（408年）正月，立妻子李氏為後。史書沒有明確太子高彭城是否是李皇后所生。正始三年（409年）十月十三，高雲被殺，國內大亂，李皇后也被亂軍所殺。次年，新君馮跋以皇家禮制，將高雲和李皇后安葬。
