李炳煜，（韓語：리병욱，1936年—），朝鮮民主主義人民共和國（北朝鮮）軍人、政治家。朝鮮人民軍大將。

- 1936年出生於兩江道。
- 1983年4月晉升中將軍銜。
- 1984. 2－ 1998.9任人民武裝力量部副部長
- 1992年4月晉升大將
- 1998.9－2000.9任人民武裝力量省副相
- 2000.9任人民武裝力量部副部長
- 1998年7月當選第十屆最高人民會議代表。
