李夢華（1922年11月10日—2010年11月9日），男，直隸省（今河北）平山人，中國體育活動家，原中華人民共和國國家體委主任、中國奧委會主席、2008年夏季奧林匹克運動會組委會名譽主席。
生平
李夢華1938年在家鄉加入中國共產黨，後長期在晉察冀邊區工作。1954年，李任國家體委競賽司司長，1960年升任副主任。1981年升任主任，1986年出任中國奧委會主席。1987年獲得國際奧委會授予的奧林匹克銀質勳章。1988年離休。
