李小三（1963年11月—），男，漢族。江西吉安人，中華人民共和國政治人物。中央黨校研究生學歷。曾任中共雲南省委副書記。現任雲南省人大常委會黨組副書記。
生平
1983年8月參加工作。1985年2月加入中國共產黨。早年任共青團吉安地委書記、黨組書記，寧岡縣縣委副書記、縣長[1]，江西省社會科學院副院長、撫州市人民政府副市長、中國井岡山幹部學院常務副院長等職務。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[2]，代表社會科學界，分入第三十二組[3]。2012年2月，任中共中央組織部幹部教育局局長。2015年12月，任中共雲南省委組織部部長職務[4]。2016年5月任中共雲南省委常委[5]，2017年6月當選中共十九大代表。2021年5月任中共雲南省委副書記[6]，半年後離職，轉任雲南省人大常委會黨組副書記。[7]2022年1月，當選為雲南省人大常委會副主任。[8]
