李奧納德·H·麥哥(英語:Leonard H. McCoy),暱稱「老骨頭」(英語:Bones),是星空奇遇記系列中的一個角色。[1]由德佛瑞斯特·凱利(英語:DeForest Kelley)飾演或配音的首位麥哥出現在《星空奇遇記》的初代電視劇、動畫片、前六部電影、《星空奇遇記:銀河飛龍》的試播集以及眾多相關的小說、漫畫與視頻遊戲中。[2]在2009年的電影《星空奇遇記》中,卡爾·艾本出演了這一角色。[3]
凱利第一次公開出演李奧納德·麥哥醫官是在《男性陷阱(英語:The Man Trap)》(1966年)中。儘管他的角色非常突出,但凱利的合同卻只授予他「主演」(featuring)的名銜;直到第二季時,在製片人Robert Justman的強力主張下,他才成為「領銜主演」(starring)。[8]凱利對《星空奇遇記》的未來感到擔憂,他對羅丹貝利說,這個節目「不是上帝造萬物以來最大的成功,就是最大的失敗」。[9][10]凱利在整部初代《星空奇遇記》電視劇中都扮演麥哥,並在後來的動畫版《星空奇遇記》中繼續為該角色配音。[1]
