生平
李劍飛是浙江省台州市仙居縣橫溪鎮小埠頭村人。1978年5月加入中國共產黨。1998年3月，擔任玉環縣政協主席。2000年4月，擔任玉環縣縣長。2002年9月，擔任中共玉環縣委書記。2003年3月，擔任玉環縣人大常委會主任[1]。
2005年3月，升任中共衢州市委常委、組織部長。2012年10月，升任衢州市委副書記、市委政法委書記[2]。2013年3月，擔任中共浙江省委統戰部副部長，浙江省委新經濟與新社會組織工作委員會副書記。2016年1月，擔任浙江省政協港澳台僑和外事委員會副主任。2018年1月，擔任主任[3]。
