李沖玄（?—?），唐朝宗室，太祖李虎玄孫，襄武縣公李蔚曾孫，趙郡公李安之孫，漢陽郡王李瓌之子，李沖寂之弟。
李沖玄初任并州長史。唐高宗儀鳳年間，將至汾陽宮，以狄仁傑為知頓使。李沖玄因為道路經過妒女祠，傳說穿着盛服經過必定招致風雷之災，於是徵發數萬人另開御道。狄仁傑說：「天子之行，千乘萬騎，風伯清塵，雨師灑道，何妒女之害耶？」下令停工。高宗聽說，讚嘆道：「狄仁傑真大丈夫也！」李沖玄在垂拱年間，官至冬官尚書（工部尚書）。
