李仁愛（1108年—1125年），西夏皇族，夏崇宗李乾順和遼國成安公主耶律南仙的兒子。
李仁愛幼時聰穎，年長有材藝。金國滅遼，他請父親援救。李乾順轉而向金國稱臣，李仁愛哭諫，其父不從。1125年，因為感傷遼國滅亡，不肯向金稱臣，李仁愛憂恚而死。
