曾金蓮（1964年6月26日—1982年2月13日），中華人民共和國湖南省沅江市南嘴鎮余家村人。是世界上已知身高最高的女子，身高達2.48米。
曾金蓮自幼力大，14歲時，身高猛增至2.34米，體重達132公斤。到18歲時，身高達到2.48米。經過檢查，曾金蓮患有腦垂體瘤。1982年2月13日，曾金蓮因垂體瘤出血去世，得年18歲。其遺體保存於湖南醫科大學。
