曹冠群（1918年—2007年），陝西西安人，中華人民共和國政治人物。
早年擔任陝西省婦聯主任。1957年，任全國婦聯黨組副書記。1979年，任中華人民共和國農業部副部長[1]。
1954年，當選第一屆全國人民代表大會代表[2]。
