曹丁（1933年7月—），山西祁縣人。原名曹鼎。中國人民解放軍少將。
1978年12月，任北京軍區紀律檢查科科長、紀委辦公室副主任。1985年1月任北京軍區政治部保衛部部長、幹部部長。1988年6月，任北京衛戍區副政委[1]。1991年6月晉升少將軍銜[2]。1990年6月－1993年2月，任山西省軍區政委、黨委副書記、書記[3]。1992年8月－1993年6月，兼任中共山西省委常委。
