居泥桿菌屬

居泥桿菌屬（學名：Pelobacter）也稱黏土桿菌屬、暗桿菌屬，為除硫單胞菌目除硫單胞菌科的一屬厭氧革蘭氏陰性菌。直杆或微彎杆。發現於缺氧的海水泥土或淡水泥土。此屬的模式種為沒食子酸居泥桿菌(Pelobacter acidigallici)。
