才讓（藏語：ཚེ་རིང་，威利轉寫：tshe ring；1957年—），甘肅夏河人，藏族，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十一屆全國政協委員。
加入中國共產黨，擔任中國鋼研科技集團公司黨委書記。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[1]，代表少數民族界，分入第四十九組。並擔任民族和宗教委員會專委。[2]
