清雅樂家邱之稑撰，清道光十五年刻本。據邱氏本人論證，將宋代對於唐代趙彥肅《風雅十二詩譜》的辯論，譯成聲字譜即工尺譜後，再根據工尺譜作成琴曲（見原書第八卷）。例如《鹿鳴》他慢三弦一徽，取作太簇、夾鍾均，又說用夷則南呂均作，而將《毛詩》原詞直注譜旁。餘十一譜同。[1]
