張金柱，中國共產黨黨員，中華人民共和國政治人物、軍事人物、中國人民解放軍少將，原內蒙古軍區政委。
2001年1月，內蒙雪災發生的時候，內蒙古軍區時仼政委張金柱將部隊幹部戰士首批40萬元捐款交給內蒙古政府副主席郝益東，支援災區群眾抗災救災。[1][2]
