弘強（1953年11月—），女，河北行唐人。1972年3月參加工作，1975年12月加入中國共產黨，華中工學院（現華中科技大學）電子工程系無線電元件與材料專業畢業，大學普通班學歷，中央黨校大學學歷。中共第十八屆中央紀委委員。
歷任中共吉安市委常委、市委組織部部長，南昌市委常委、市委組織部部長、市委副書記，中共江西省委組織部副部長，江西省人大常委會選舉任免聯絡工作委員會主任，中共吉安市委書記、中共江西省委組織部部長等職。2006年12月，任中共江西省委常委，仍兼任省委組織部部長。
2009年12月，任中共江蘇省委常委、省紀委書記[1]。2016年10月，不再擔任中共江蘇省委常委、省紀委書記[2]。2017年2月22日，當選為江蘇省見義勇為基金會理事長。[3]
