《國營工業管理工作條例（草案）》，1961年9月中共中央頒發，共10章70條，故俗稱《工業七十條》，對中國工業企業管理各事項作了明確的規定。[1]
歷史
1961年6月12日，毛澤東談到《農業六十條》時指出：「城市也要搞幾十條。」6月17日，中共中央書記處召開會議，確定由薄一波主持起草工業條例。7月16日，薄一波報送了初稿。1961年8月23日至9月16日，中央工作會議在廬山召開，討論通過。9月16日，中共中央批准實行。文化大革命中，《工業七十條》被廢棄不用。
