岳世鑫（1952年—），湖北省宜昌市人。中國人民解放軍中將。
畢業於宜昌一中。1998年，任第41集團軍123師政委、第42集團軍政治部主任，第41集團軍政治部主任。2003年7月晉升為少將軍銜。2004年7月，任廣西軍區政委。2005年7月，任第42集團軍政委。2012年7月，任解放軍駐香港部隊政委[1]。2013年8月2日，晉升中將[2]。2018年1月，當選第十三屆全國政協委員[3]，任南部戰區副政委[4][5]。
