屠銘德（1924年—），男，浙江寧波人，中國體育外交家[1]，前中國奧委會秘書長、副主席[2]。對北京成功申辦2008年夏季奧林匹克運動會貢獻卓著，因而被譽為中國「申奧功臣」[3]。
生平
1924年4月生於浙江寧波市，祖籍浙江寧海縣。畢業於上海復旦大學，於1972年入中國國家體委國際司。歷任中國國家體育總局對外聯絡司司長，2008年北京奧委會主席助理[4]、秘書長，中國奧委會秘書長、副主席等職。是國際奧委會群眾體育委員會委員。
2003年至2008年，任中國人民政治協商會議第十屆全國委員會委員。
