宋世羅（韓語：송세라 Song Sera，1993年9月6日—）生於忠清南道錦山郡，是一名韓國女子劍擊運動員，主攻重劍。她在中學二年級時開始練習劍擊，當時她的體育教師建議她練習這項運動[1][2]。後來，她進入韓國國際大學社會與體育學部就讀，2013年入選世界青年錦標賽韓國隊陣容，首次參加該賽事[3]。宋世羅的妹妹也和她一樣從事劍擊運動，且同樣進入韓國國際大學就讀[4]。
