季魴侯（？—？），姬姓，中國春秋時期魯國三桓季平子之子，季桓子的兄弟。
前490年，齊悼公在齊景公死後來魯國。季康子把他的妹妹嫁給他。前489年，悼公回國即位，季魴侯和她私通。齊悼公要接她，她向季康子講出自己和叔叔季魴侯私通。季康子不敢送妹妹到齊國去。齊悼公大怒。前487年夏五月，派鮑牧帶兵進攻魯國。[1]
