奧斯卡·施特勞斯 （德語：Oscar Straus，1870年3月6日—1954年1月11日），奧地利作曲家。他原來的姓是Strauss，但他自己省略了一個字母S，以避免與施特勞斯家族混淆。先在柏林師從布魯赫學習，後來回到維也納。起先寫作圓舞曲，後聽從小約翰·施特勞斯的建議轉向輕歌劇創作，成為萊哈爾的重要競爭對手。1939年因納粹上台，他流亡美國，晚年在荷里活創作了一些電影配樂。他的作品以旋律優美著稱。
