夏勤（?—?），字伯宗，九江郡壽春縣（今安徽省壽縣）人，東漢司徒。
夏勤在漢安帝時期作大鴻臚，永初三年（109年）三月十二日，漢安帝太后鄧綏將司徒魯恭罷免，四月初七，將夏勤任命為司徒。元初二年（115年）十二月廿八日，鄧綏將司徒夏勤罷免。[1][2]劉愷繼任。
