二次發售，或再次資本發行（SEO），或資本增加，供股，是指一間已經上市的公司發行新股的行為。再次發行的股票中可能包含現有股東的股票出售，新發行股票，亦或者二者兼有。如果上市公司的二次發售符合監管部門的某些條件，則此次供股則可被稱之為暫擱註冊。
