唐德智（1965年7月—），四川綿陽人，出生於貴州貴陽。1985年8月參加工作，1995年7月加入中國共產黨。中國人民大學計劃統計系國民經濟計劃專業畢業，大學學歷。
歷任貴州省計劃委員會綜合處工作員、科員，正科級秘書，副處長，貴州省人民政府辦公廳副處長、處長、副秘書長[1]等職。2011年3月，任貴州省人民政府秘書長[2]。
2017年5月，任中共黔南布依族苗族自治州委書記[3]。
2023年1月，當選第十三屆貴州省政協副主席。
