哈比布拉·卡拉卡尼（1891年1月19日—1929年11月1日），阿富汗塔吉克族人，自1929年1月17日至10月13日為阿富汗的統治者，薩卡維派領導人。阿富汗內戰期間，他佔領了阿富汗大片地區，並在阿富汗史學中所謂的「薩卡維時期」統治喀布爾，但沒有國家承認卡拉卡尼是阿富汗的統治者。[1]
