哈斯德魯巴（公正者）（拉丁語：Hasdrubal Pulcher；布匿語：𐤋𐤏𐤁𐤓𐤆𐤀 'ZRBʿL[1]；前270年—前221年），迦太基軍事將領[2]，哈米爾卡·巴卡之婿、漢尼拔之姐夫。[3]
第一次布匿戰爭之後，哈斯德魯巴隨哈米爾卡前往西班牙建立殖民地。在哈米爾卡於前228年去世後，他成為了新的西班牙殖民地統治者，並建立了新首都迦太基新城（現卡塔赫納）。他還與羅馬簽訂條約，規定兩方的勢力範圍以埃布羅河為界。
前221年，他被凱爾特人刺殺身亡。
