呂愛平（英語：Lyu Aiping，1963年—），漢族，中華人民共和國政治人物、第十一屆全國政協委員，歐洲科學院外籍院士，現任香港浸會大學副校長（研究及拓展）兼中醫藥學院院長、講座教授。
擔任中國中醫科學院中醫臨床醫學基礎研究所常務副所長。2008年，當選第十一屆全國政協委員[1]，代表醫藥衛生界，分入第四十六組。[2]
2012年2月起 任香港浸會大學中醫學院院長、首席教授。
2023年8月起 任香港浸會大學副校長（研究及拓展）。
