生平
1955年9月，參加中國人民解放軍。1985年，任吉林省軍區政治部主任。1986年，任大連陸軍學院政治部主任。1989年，任大連陸軍學院政委。1990年7月，晉升為少將軍銜。1992年，任瀋陽軍區政治部副主任兼軍區紀委副書記[1]。1993年12月至1995年7月，擔任中國人民解放軍瀋陽軍區政治部主任。1994年，授予中國人民解放軍中將[2]。1995年7月至1997年9月，擔任北京軍區政治部主任[3]。2001年7月至2002年1月，擔任中國人民解放軍北京軍區副政治委員。
