卡斯滕·內姆拉（Casten Nemra，1971年7月29日—），馬紹爾群島前任總統。
生平
內姆拉畢業於美國波特蘭州立大學，2015年當選賈盧伊特環礁議員。2016年1月11日就任馬紹爾群島總統，成為馬紹爾群島歷史上最年輕的總統[1]。同月28日，因議會通過不信任案而下台。
