生平
早年參加八路軍山東縱隊，任山東軍區第四師12團政治處副主任。後任華東野戰軍八縱22師65團政委。1949年，兼浙江軍區第3軍分區政治部主任。1961年，擔任中國人民解放軍第60軍副政委。1964年，任20軍政委，晉升少將軍銜。1968年，任浙江省革命委員會主任。1971年，任中共浙江省委第一書記[1]。後因九一三事件受牽連而免職、1986年恢復待遇。
