北京大學國際法學院隸屬於北京大學深圳研究生院，開設美國法律學位（J.D.）、中國大陸法律碩士學位，以及LL.M.等課程。該學院成立於2008年，首任院長是原康奈爾大學校長傑弗里·雷蒙。2017年，該學院大樓正式落成[1][2][3][4]。
