勐董壩是位於雲南省臨滄市滄源佤族自治縣南部的一個壩子，地勢西南高東北低，面積18.5平方千米，由勐董河及支流衝擊形成，是滄源縣內重要的農業區[1]。壩內的勐董鎮也是滄源縣的政府駐地，縣城周圍的田壩鄉野是滄源縣城市景觀帶的一部分[2]。
