劉藝良（葡萄牙語：Lao Ngai Leong，1957年8月17日—），男，漢族，廣東潮州人，中華人民共和國企業家、政治人物，中國僑聯第十一屆副主席，澳門歸僑總會永遠會長，澳門地區中國和平統一促進會會長，澳門創世企業集團有限公司董事長，第十四屆全國人民代表大會澳門地區代表，澳區全國人大代表團團長。
生平
1999年起擔任全國人大代表[1]。2018年2月24日，當選為第十三屆全國人大代表[2]。
