凌希（1961年3月—），江蘇蘇州人，研究生，軍事碩士，中國共產黨黨員[1]。
1976年12月參加工作，曾任南京軍區某旅政治部主任，福建省軍區政治部組織處處長，南京軍區某師政治部主任，福建省軍區廈門警備區代理副政治委員、政治委員，第十二集團軍副政治委員，南京軍區政治部副主任[2]。2016年6月起任中國人民解放軍東部戰區政治工作部副主任。2017年5月13日，任上海警備區政委[3]。同年12月30日，中共中央批准凌希任中共上海市委委員、常委[4]。2018年2月24日，當選為第十三屆全國人大代表[5]。
2021年5月，不再擔任中共上海市委常委、委員。
