余永洪（1963年5月—），四川南充人，中國人民解放軍空軍中將。

生平
余永洪長期在成都軍區服役。曾任西藏軍區步兵52師政治委員，陸軍第十三集團軍摩步37師政治委員。2011年4月，任中國人民解放軍陸軍第十四集團軍政治部主任。2015年3月，任成都軍區政治部副主任[1]。2015年7月，任雲南省軍區政委[2]。2015年9月，任陸軍第十四集團軍政委[3]。2017年3月，任新組建的陸軍第七十九集團軍政委[4]。2019年4月，升任陸軍紀委書記[5]。2021年8月轉任空軍紀委書記。
