亞歷山大·腓特烈·威廉·阿爾布雷希特·格奧爾格（德語：Alexander Friedrich Wilhelm Albrecht Georg，1863年1月25日—1945年3月26日），黑森家族卡塞爾支族長。
亞歷山大·腓特烈1863年生於生於丹麥首都哥本哈根，是黑森-卡塞爾的腓特烈·威廉與普魯士的安娜公主的次子。1884年長兄腓特烈·威廉因海難去世，他成為黑森家族卡塞爾支族長，黑森選侯繼承人，稱黑森領地伯爵。
亞歷山大·腓特烈為了與平民吉塞拉·施多克霍那（Gisela Stockhorner，1884年1月17日—1965年6月22日）結婚，於1925年3月15日放棄黑森家族卡塞爾支族長之位，將其讓度給自己的弟弟，前芬蘭推選國王腓特烈·卡爾。二人於1925年3月25日結婚，婚後沒有子嗣。
亞歷山大·腓特烈於1945年在黑森去世，終年82歲。
