阿龍·米高·格雷（英語：Aaron Michael Gray，1984年12月7日—），生於美國加利福尼亞洛杉磯，美國職業籃球運動員，司職中鋒，2007年畢業於匹茲堡大學。
在2007年3月，格雷當選為美聯社全美大學最佳球員，之後領銜匹茲堡大學打入了2007年NCAA一級籃球錦標賽的16強（Sweet 16）。
高中時期格雷就讀於賓夕法尼亞的Emmaus高中，高中屬於籃球Lehigh ValleyGray聯盟的球隊。
在2007年選秀前訓練營中，格雷是唯一一位脫鞋後身高不足7英尺（213公分）的營員。他身高213公分，體重271磅。在2007年NBA選秀中格雷在第二輪第49順位被芝加哥公牛摘下。
