于滋潭（1911年—1987年），山東牟平人。中華人民共和國科學家。
畢業於天津河北省立工學院，1936年赴美國密歇根大學、伊利諾伊大學學習，獲碩士學位。1941年回國，擔任西北工學院、西北大學教授。中華人民共和國成立後，擔任輕工業部造紙局造紙所工程師[1]。
