二五庫券，是南京國民政府為籌措軍政費而最早發行的分別以江海關、津海關徵收的259《關稅附加稅為擔保的短期債券，共發行三次[1]。
概述
1927年5月發行江海關二五付稅國庫券3000萬元，月息7厘，從同年7月起分三十個月償還。同年10月又發行江海關續發二五附稅國庫券4000萬元，月忌8厘，本息從1928年1月起，分四十個月償還；1928年7月發行津海關二五附稅國庫券900萬元，月息8厘，從同年10月起分三十個月償還[2]。
