烏貝爾·馬托斯（西班牙語：Huber Matos Benítez，1918年11月26日—2014年2月27日），出生於古巴亞拉，是一名古巴的政治活動家和作家。

古巴革命時期，他加入了菲德爾·卡斯特羅領導的七二六運動。1959年7月，他在卡馬圭公開發表反共言論，由此與卡斯特羅出現政治分歧，同年10月被古巴革命政府以「叛國和騷亂」罪名逮捕，後判處20年監禁，1979年釋放。
