三甲基氟矽烷是一種有機矽化合物，化學式為(CH₃)₃SiF。它可以在三甲基氰矽烷和氟硼酸鈉的反應中生成。^[2]它和降冰片基鋰反應，可以得到三甲基矽基降冰片烷。^[3]
