萬正峰（1971年9月11日—），男，漢族，河南固始人。研究生學歷，管理學博士，政工師。1988年8月參加工作，1993年11月加入中國共產黨。曾任濮陽市人民市長，現任中共濮陽市委書記。
簡歷
1996年取得河南大學政治系中共黨史專業法學碩士學位；2003年在職取得南開大學商學院企業管理專業管理學博士學位；
2008年11月，任河南省民政廳副廳長；2015年9月，任鄭州航空港經濟綜合實驗區（鄭州新鄭綜合保稅區）管委會副主任、黨工委委員；2017年4月，任鄭州市人民政府副市長、中國（河南）自由貿易試驗區鄭州片區管委會主任；2020年11月，任鄭州航空港經濟綜合實驗區（鄭州新鄭綜合保稅區）管委會主任（正市廳級）、黨工委副書記；
2023年3月，升任中共濮陽市委書記[2]。
