賴利氧化反應（英語：Riley oxidation），是以二氧化硒為氧化劑，將與羰基相鄰的亞甲基氧化的反應，最初由賴利及其同事於1932年報道。[1]在接下來的十年中，二氧化硒的氧化反應的使用範圍迅速擴大；在1939年，吉耶莫納及其同事發現了烯丙基位的二氧化硒對烯烴的氧化。[2]今天，二氧化硒作為氧化劑，氧化亞甲基為α-酮，以及烯丙基的氧化反應被稱為賴利氧化反應。[3]
