門策吡喃酮合成

門策吡喃酮合成（Mentzer pyrone synthesis）指多元酚和 β-酮酯發生熱環化縮合作用得到羥基色酮和羥基香豆素。^{[1][2][3][4][5][6]}

例如，2,4-二甲氧基苯酚與苯甲酰乙酸乙酯在280℃加熱8小時得6,8-二甲氧基黃酮。

可用丙二酸酯代替β-酮酯，但丙二酸酯與酚類縮合時只生成羥基香豆素。
