齊興達（1987年—），蒙古族，遼寧阜新人，中華人民共和國政治人物，中華全國學生聯合會原主席，中華全國青年聯合會原副主席。[1]
生平
2006年9月考入清華大學汽車工程系。2010年8月，當選全國學聯主席。2010年8月，當選全國青聯副主席。2015年8月，當選清華大學團委副書記。
